“Justice!” is the headline on the front page of the Daily Express as it reports on Rishi Sunak’s announcement of legislation to clear post-masters and post-mistresses involved in the Post Office Horizon scandal.

The paper quotes Prime Minister Rishi Sunak saying that the government wants to “right the wrongs of the past”. It says the announcement comes “after two decades of fighting” but that “justice has finally been delivered”.
