Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Liverpool have suffered no new injuries but three players remain out for the game at Bournemouth.
Liverpool travel to the Vitality on Saturday knowing that victory will see them move into the Premier League top four ahead of Tottenham on goal difference.
It is the Reds’ first game since last Sunday’s outstanding 7-0 win over arch-rivals Manchester United and they will be expected to sweep aside a Bournemouth side who sit bottom of the table and lost 9-0 at Anfield back in August.
The Cherries have switched manager and ownership since that thrashing however, though recent form has been abysmal, and some believe an upset could be on the cards for Liverpool.
Klopp himself was certainly not getting carried away in his pre-match press conference on Friday, saying: ‘Bournemouth play a different system and we don’t play at home.
‘We have to show consistency and make sure we create the atmosphere on the pitch. The main thing is going to Bournemouth and playing a game there. I watched the way they play and it can be really uncomfortable for teams.
‘We have to chase and challenge everyone. We might fight for the UCL spots but the fight for staying in the league is just as exciting. I’m sure Bournemouth will fight like crazy.’

Klopp’s side have struggled with injuries a lot this season but have no new ones going into this match, though the manager confirmed that Joe Gomez, Luis Diaz and Thiago Alcantara are still on the sidelines.
He added: ‘All three are not available. None of them have trained with the team. All different stages [of recovery].
‘Joey might be able to train at the beginning of [next] week. Luis I hope during next week. Thiago, we will see how it develops in next couple of weeks. Apart from that nothing that I have heard about.’
This could mean that Gomez and Diaz might be fit in time for next Wednesday’s crucial Champions League trip to Real Madrid, who hold a three-goal advantage after the first-leg.
Gomez has not played since the 5-2 loss at Anfield with a hamstring issue, while Diaz has been out since October with a knee injury.
Klopp suggested that both should be back after the March international break, which will be good for Liverpool given their fixtures in April include games against Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal.
