    The i reports EU and US leaders have condemned the arrest of Belarusian activist after the flight he was on was forced to divert and land. 

    The article says EU leaders will meet in Brussels today to discuss what action to take against Belarius after their false bomb threat forced the plane to lank in Minsk.  

    Self-isolation support scheme to be piloted

    The government is piloting support programmes to help people self-isolate in nine areas in the UK with high Covid-19 rates, says the i. 

    Adding, the £12 million initiative will provide support such as alternative accommodation, extra social care and help with translation.
