John McAfee: Anti-virus creator found dead in a prison cell. After the Spanish authorities signed an extradition order to the United States.
In October 2020, Mr McAfee was arrested in Spain when he was about to board a plane to Turkey, and accused of failing to file tax returns for four years.
Despite earning millions from consulting work, speaking engagements, crypto-currencies and selling the rights to his life story he has always been in conflict with authorities.

Local authorities have suggested he took his own life but an investigation is underway and some Spanish political analysts have claimed foul play.
McAfee — founder of the eponymous antivirus software firm, with which he is no longer affiliated was arrested in fraud and money laundering charges. The US Department of Justice alleged that he and a business partner participated in a scheme that earned more than $13 million by falsely promoting cryptocurrencies to unwitting investors.
He was known to have a fractured relationship with the CIA, who wanted to use the software for tracking on peoples movements.
