I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! viewers have been left outraged as Nigel Farage edges towards the finale.

On the latest episode of the series, the former UKIP leader survived yet another elimination and is now one of the six campmates in the running to take out the title.

When it came time for the latest elimination, it was EastEnders actress Danielle Harold, best known for playing Lola Pearce-Brown on the iconic BBC soap, who was sent packing.

After swapping Albert Square for the Australian jungle, Danielle spent a grand total of 20 days in camp before the public voted to kick her out.

Despite the result, Danielle told hosts Ant and Dec she was incredibly grateful for the experience and shared there were many times she forgot they were being followed by cameras and she instead felt like she was just ‘camping with mates’.

However, while she accepted the decision, many watching on at home were left pulling their hair out after Nigel survived another day Down Under.

Soon after the results were revealed, many frustrated fans took to social media to share their opinions.

‘Danielle is such a wonderful, kind, sweet woman and everyone who voted to keep nigel in over someone like her should be deeply ashamed of themselves,’ viewer Maria wrote on X, formerly Twitter.

User Em wrote that ‘my mind just cannot comprehend the fact that people want to see Nigel on their tv over Nick and Danielle’.

Another fan, Holly, added: ‘How has Danielle gone before Nigel?! I thought the public were rioting over the fact he was on the show before it started.’

After Danielle’s exit, Josie Gibson is now the only woman left in camp.

The This Morning star will now be up against Nigel, Sam Thompson, Marvin Humes and Tony Bellew in the upcoming finale.

When asked who she wanted to win, Danielle threw her support behind Made In Chelsea star Sam, who she said filled camp with an excitable ‘energy’ and kept spirits hight.

‘I’m so glad this was my year,’ she said.

‘It has been such a great group of people.’

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV1.
