The airport said flights would remain suspended until Wednesday afternoon.

When will flights start again?
All flights to and from the airport are currently suspended until 3pm on Wednesday.
The airport initially suspended flights until midday, but extended this early on Wednesday morning.
About 25,000 passengers are suffering disruption, with at least 140 flights cancelled since the fire started.
I’m due to fly from Luton today – what should I do?
Passengers due to fly today should contact their airline for the latest flight information, Luton Airport says on its website.
It asked passengers not to travel to the airport on Wednesday morning, as access is restricted.
EasyJet, which operates flights from Luton, said “airlines are currently experiencing some disruption to their flying programmes”.
Ryanair said affected passengers would be contacted as soon as possible.
