Joshua Jackson has named a different date of separation after responding to estranged wife Jodie Turner-Smith’s divorce petition, it has been claimed.
The former couple, who share daughter Juno Rose Diana together, got married in 2019 after a whirlwind romance.
The Queen & Slim actress, 37, made headlines when she filed documents to legally end her relationship with the Dawson’s Creek star, 45, in October.
However, in a bizarre twist to proceedings, they reportedly listed two different separation dates in the paperwork, according to reports.
Us Weekly reports that Jodie’s documents cited September 13 as the date their marriage ended.
Joshua is thought to have submitted a response on November 22, which was obtained by the outlet and reportedly states that their date of separation is on September 30, two weeks later.

They have both noted ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the split, and requested joint legal and physical custody of their daughter.
TMZ previously reported that the mom-of-one asked to remove the option of spousal support for everyone involved, while the Fringe actor is reportedly seeking to terminate either party paying for child support.
They have yet to speak publicly over the reason for their split, but are said to have had a pre-nup in place.
Jodie and Joshua first met at Usher’s birthday party in 2018, and were romantically linked soon after.
Things went up a notch when then Anne Boleyn icon popped the question on New Year’s Eve – before the pair got married the following December.

They went on to welcome their first child together in April, 2020.
Although the Hollywood favorites have remained fiercely guarded about their relationship, Jodie previously confessed that their romance began as a one-night stand.
‘When I first met my husband, it was kind of – we had a one-night stand. We’re in a two, three-year one-night stand now,’ she announced during an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, spilling the beans on their love story.
‘First of all, I saw him before he saw me, and when I saw him, I was like, “I want that”. And then when he saw me, I just pretended like I didn’t see him.
‘He comes over and does this really cute, charming thing that he does and just all night – he just basically followed me around the party.’
