Ste Hay’s (Kieron Richardson) life hangs in the balance in Hollyoaks as Norma Crow (Glynis Barber) made it her mission to keep him quiet after he made a huge discovery.

Norma, as viewers know, is plotting to kidnap Sophie and Sebastian, having booked flights for Honduras and stolen her grandchildren’s passports from an unsuspecting Sienna Blake (Anna Passey).

Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas) remains in the dark about his mum’s plans, believing she’s organised a day out at the safari park for the little ones. Ste, however, overheard a conversation between the two which sparked his suspicions, knowing Norma is up to something.

In a bid to find out more information, the cleaner decided to come up a diversion to distract Norma, before making off with her bag, hoping to find out what she had in store for Sophie and Sebastian.

The plan worked a treat and, after analysing the contents of the criminal’s bag, he came to realise that she was plotting to kidnap the children from right under Sienna’s nose.

Determined to stop Norma’s dastardly plot, Ste phoned Sienna and left a concerned voice message, but Norma got to him before he could relay his discovery to his best friend, with one of her accomplices having Ste bundled into the back of a boot.

‘Hasta La Vista, Stephen!’, exclaimed Norma, known to those who fear her as The Undertaker, as she closed the boot of the car.

Ste screamed for her to reconsider, but it was too late – Norma has made her decision.
