Hollyoaks is no stranger to delivering a shock twist or two, but the Channel 4 soap is set to pull off one of its biggest to date that might actually succeed in leaving your jaw on the floor.
Dilly and Rafe Harcourt (Emma Johnsey-Smith and Chris Gordon), who have won a legion of fans with their cute sibling dynamic, are not actually brother and sister.
The duo are, in fact, a happily married couple, with Hollyoaks’ latest trailer depicting a passionate moment between the two as they share a passionate kiss on the sofa.
We don’t know about you, but we’re absolutely stunned.
If that wasn’t big enough a twist for you, it also turns out that Camila Bassington-Hart (Dylan Morris) is actually an actor paid by Dilly and Rafe and she’s not as posh as she’s been making out.
It’s all part of a twisted game concocted by Rafe and Dilly, who are in cahoots to destroy Sienna Blake (Anna Passey). What exactly this means remains to be seen.

Is Rafe, for example, really dying? Or was everything that has transpired thus far been a part of their elaborate scheme to take down Sienna?
What’s more, why exactly are they trying to ruin Sienna? Is it because Sienna tried to swindle them out of their fortune? Or is there a more personal motive at play here?

We’ll just have to wait and see, but it looks like the queen of scheming Sienna might have actually met her match, with Rafe and Dilly having played a blinder thus far.
Will Sienna fall victim to their cruel plot? Or will Ethan Williams (Matthew James Bailey), despite having had his heart smashed into smithereens time and again, come to Sienna’s aid?
