This Morning host Holly Willoughby has shared an update after she was forced to sit-out of the show this week after becoming unwell.
Earlier this week Holly, 42, revealed she had come down with shingles, and then had to take the week off the ITV daytime programme.
Telling her followers last weekend that she ‘may be away’ from the show for awhile following her diagnosis, she added that she would ‘be back as soon as I’m better’.
Now she’s revealed she’s on the mend and has managed to get outside for some fresh air.
‘And I’m out of the house… the birds are putting on quite the show today… spring sounds beautiful,’ she posted on Instagram on Saturday morning, alongside a photo of her Golden Retriever Bailey.

Her post was met with plenty of support from well-wishers, who sent their love and said they hoped she had a speedy recovery.
‘Shingles is awful. Hope you are ok,’ one person posted.
‘Glad you are feeling better,’ someone else wrote.
Another added: ‘Glad you’re feeling better! I had shingles not so long ago and it was not nice at all. Took me a little bit of time to build up my strength.’

On her Instagram Stories on Friday, the mother-of-three revealed she was ‘feeling so much better’ and had been sent a Reuben sandwich and a soup from fellow This Morning host Dermot O’Leary, 49.
Sharing a picture of the meal, she wrote: ‘Thank you Dermot O’Leary for the sweetest delivery of chicken soup and salt beef… just what I needed.’
‘Feeling so much better. Thank you all for your well wishes.’
What is shingles?
Shingles is an infection that causes a painful rash.
The first signs of shingles can be a tingling or painful feeling in an area of skin or a headache or feeling generally unwell.
A rash will appear a few days later.
You might need medicine to help speed up your recovery and avoid longer-lasting problems.
Get advice from 111 as soon as possible if you think you have it.
It can take up to 4 weeks for the rash to heal.
This week The Saturdays singer and Hit List presenter Rochelle Humes, 34, has been filling for Holly, hosting from Monday to Thursday.
Phil, meanwhile, returned to This Morning on Monday after taking a break during the Easter holidays and his brother Timothy Schofield’s trial, telling viewers it was ‘lovely to be back.’
