Helen Skelton has put her old house on the market following her split from Richie Myler, reports state.
The 2022 Strictly Come Dancing finalist, 39, announced last April that she and the rugby player, 33, had separated after almost 10 years of marriage.
Helen – who shares three children with Richie – revealed at the time that he had left their family home, four months after she gave birth to their youngest.
News then broke in October that Richie was expecting a baby with his new partner Stephanie Thirkill, welcoming a daughter in April 2023.
After a tough year, it’s been said that Helen is ready for a fresh start, away from her marital home.
Speaking to The Mirror, a source said: ‘Helen has moved on with her life and feels it’s time to start with a clean slate.

‘She’s put the house they shared on the market and is looking for a new place she can move to with the kids in the coming months.’
Helen and Richie wed in 2013 and moved into their Yorkshire property seven years later.
They splashed out on various renovation projects before calling time on their marriage in 2022.
Months later, Helen – who is a mum to Ernie, eight, Louis, five, and 16-month-old daughter Elsie – appeared on Celebrity Yorkshire Auction House in what was said to be an act of ‘revenge’.
Filmed along with auctioneer Angus Ashworth, the episode followed Helen as she discovered ‘quirky mementos’ in her home – which included old wedding presents.

Helen herself said she had ‘sold a load of stuff’ as she cleared her life out.
Earlier this year, the TV presenter spoke with Grazia about life after her marriage to the athlete.
Helen told the magazine: ‘My life’s no different to millions of other people’s lives.
‘Lots of people have the same sorts of things to look after and sort out.
‘I think life is fun, and short, and wonderful, and you just take each chapter as they come along.

‘There’s no point overthinking stuff – you just get on with it.’
And that positive mindset is sure to send Helen in the right direction career-wise.
She was recently tipped to become the new Strictly: It Takes Two host following Rylan Clark’s exit, however, Fleur East has since been announced as his replacement.
But, there are whispers of Helen having signed up for other reality shows, including Celebs Go Dating, with rumours saying she’s been offered ‘big money’ to take part and meet a match.

A source told The Sun: ‘Helen has already proved she is great on TV and is really interesting to watch.
‘The public really felt for her after her split and bosses think everyone would love to see her dating journey.’
But, despite bosses ready to make a sizeable offer to get her on board, it’s thought Helen isn’t keen on ‘sharing that part of her life’ on air.
They lived there for three years.
