Helen Skelton revealed she had officially divorced her rugby player ex-husband Richie Myler after they announced their separation 16 months ago.
The TV presenter, 40, publicly said she was splitting from the England and Leeds Rhinos rugby star, 33, last year in April.
Last Monday, the former Strictly contestant was issued a decree nisi which almost legally brought their 10-year-long marriage to an end.
The former couple and parents to three children – Ernie, eight, Louis, five, and Elsie, 16 months – reportedly received confirmation of the legal document in the post, according to MailOnline.
Following their split, the star’s ex welcomed a baby with his new partner Stephanie Thirkill, 32 – who is also the daughter of rugby league club Leeds Rhinos president Andrew.
The publication revealed that they were waiting on a decree absolute before their decade-long union was completely over.

In the aftermath of the breakup news, a friend of the star told the news outlet: ‘Things are moving very fast for Helen and her life is going through a lot of changes.
‘She’s quit a high profile job, has left the home she shared with Richie and now their divorce is finalised.
‘These are exciting times for her and she’s looking forward to a new life.’
Another insider explained that the Countryfile host was attempting to get back on the dating scene now that her marriage was over.
They revealed: ‘Helen’s family and friends encouraged her to get back out there and she was happy to dip her toe back into the dating scene, but she has had some wobbles and found herself feeling guilty.

‘She’s concerned about who to let into her life and worried about being judged for any decisions she makes.
‘There have also been some people who have made comments about her not trying hard enough to make it work with Richie, and it’s made her think about her marriage and what went wrong.
‘Ultimately, she knows she tried everything she could, and once the trust was broken there was just no going back. But dating again has brought up some unexpected feelings that she’s been struggling with.’
