Good Morning Britain star Scarlette Douglas has taken a savage swipe at her former campmate Matt Hancock.
The TV presenter, 36, and the former health secretary joined the likes of Boy George and Mike Tindall on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! last year, in which the politician finished in third place behind Owen Warner and Jill Scott.
As a new batch of celebrities and Nigel Farage land in Australia for the 2023 series, Scarlette joined Kate Garraway in reminiscing about their time on the reality programme.
And while A Place In The Sun’s Scarlette admitted she did have some good memories from the show, she was pretty glad to have no contact with Hancock now.
‘We had so much fun, obviously I was teaching Matt Hancock to dance,’ she began, before confirming she has ‘definitely not’ had any contact with him.
‘Everybody other than him,’ she replied when host Ben Shepherd asked who she was in contact with.
Scarlette went on to say that all the other contestants were in the WhatsApp group, before Kate recalled how Caitlyn Jenner exited their series’ group as soon as ‘the plane took off’.

‘I’m still mates with her,’ Kate added, while Scarlette had the opposite reaction to no contact with Hancock.
‘It’s been great,’ she savagely said.
Scarlette has previously admitted she was unsure about how genuine Hancock was in the jungle, telling Metro.co.uk: ‘It’s really hard in the jungle because there are cameras on you 24/7.
‘So as much as you hope you get the real version of anybody, you don’t know because people could be putting on a front and trying to make sure that they come across a certain way.

‘So yes it was quite difficult when he first came in and yes everyone was like, “What do we do here?” but ultimately he got stuck in and he helped us and he won stars and that’s what we needed in the jungle.’
Scarlette added that when he first arrived, she pulled Hancock aside. ‘I said, “In here we are a family and we’re going to work together, whether we’ll be friends outside of the jungle I don’t know but in here we’re a family, and as a family and as a camp we do well.”‘
I’m A Celebrity returns to ITV on Sunday, November 19, at 9pm.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV1.
