Several youth groups linked to Germany’s biggest far-right political party have officially been classed as ‘extremist’.
The country’s domestic spy agency said the goals of a youth wing linked to the BfV were in breach of the German constitution.
The three groups are Alternative for Germany, known as the Young Alternative, the Institute for State Politics and the group One Percent.
They have all been placed under surveillance after an investigation revealed Young Alternative was against immigration into Europe for ‘biological’ reasons.
The group reportedly advocates a society that was as ethnoculturally homogeneous as possible.
It said it was impossible for migrants who were not from Europe to be integrated and warned of the destruction of ‘organically grown European peoples’.
In a March 22 post on Facebook, the group said: ‘Germans are now right at the bottom of the hierarchy of victims in our society.’

Members also portrayed Muslim people negatively and similar concerns were flagged for the Institute for State Politics and One Percent.
Interior minister Nancy Faeser said: ‘We are doing everything to dry out the fertile soil for extreme right-wing violence.
‘The actors of the so-called “new right” spread nothing but hate and discrimination against those who think differently, refugees and people with a migration background.’

Alternative for Germany has previously tried to block security agencies from observing the party and its affiliates but it has so far failed in court.
The wing’s new classification, announced on Wednesday, could affect members’ ability to work in the public sector or legally buy weapons.
The Young Alternatives said it was not surprised by the move and accused the spy agency of ‘repressing the opposition’.
The classification does not apply to the AfD itself, which is currently polling at record highs of 15-17%.
