Fury Wilder 3 – verbal agreement could see fight as early as July 24
Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder have verbally committed to a third fight, ESPN reported, days after an arbitration ruling halted the highly-anticipated fight between Fury and fellow Brit Anthony Joshua.
The ruling states Fury must face Wilder before 15 September. And plans for a ‘unification fight’ between Fury and Joshua were put on hold so Fury can face Wilder.
According to France24 Fury vs Wilder could happen as early as July 24 in Las Vegas, citing ESPN, August 14 has been set aside as a backup date.
