French Open 2021: Naomi Osaka faces expulsion for refusing to speak to media
Naomi Osaka, the world number 2, is facing expulsion from the French Open and future Grand Slams if she continues to refuse to speak to the media, organisers said.
Osaka announced last week that she will not be giving any press interviews during the tournament because she wants to protect her mental health, she was fined $15,000 for not doing media after Sunday’s first-round win over Patricia Maria Tig.
