Geri Halliwell-Horner has cleared up any whispers that suggested the Spice Girls could be headlining Glastonbury next year.
The former singer, 51, was part of the world-famous group in the 90s and took on the role of Ginger Spice, alongside Mel Chisholm, 49, Mel Brown, 48, Victoria Beckham, 49, and Emma Bunton, 47.
Following a slurry of rumours the festival could witness a highly-requested reunion show from the girlband, Geri broke hearts as she insisted it wasn’t going to happen.
Despite crushing future Glastonbury-goers’ hopes to see the women belt out Wannabe on the Pyramid Stage, the star kept them guessing when she hinted there could be something else on the horizon.
She chatted with The Sunday Times and teased: ‘At some point there will be something’.
The ex-chart-toppers were last seen performing to thousands in 2019 when they put on a jaw-dropping 13-date UK tour – however, Victoria, ergo Posh Spice, decided not to join the foursome.

Most recently, it was thought that the band could be planning a comeback next year with a source telling The Sun: ‘Victoria will be 50 next year, and the girls turning 30 seems like two anniversaries too good to miss.
‘The girls have discussed a documentary which would show never-before-seen, behind-the-scenes footage plus present-day interviews.
‘All five are on board to mark 30 years in some way, shape or form. It’s very exciting.’
The news came after some of the girls came together to celebrate Geri’s birthday with each member sharing a heartfelt tribute to social media in honour of the star.
Emma – Baby Spice – dubbed Geri her ‘soul sister’ and posted a plethora of images to her Instagram from their time in the pop group.

Next Mel C – Sporty Spice – wrote: ‘Happy Birthday @gerihalliwellhorner!
‘Wow these birthdays come round fast! We’ve made so many wonderful memories together, I’m hoping we can make more before too long. Have a fantastic day, love you to bits Ginge’.
She also shared some throwback images that showed the girls playfully posing with one another while in their hey day.
