Former Manchester United misfit Bebe has provided one of the moments of the Africa Cup of Nations after scoring a stunning 40-yard free-kick.
Representing Cape Verde, the 33-year-old unleashed a rocket to give his side the lead in the first-half of their group clash against Mozambique on Friday afternoon.
Bebe was also part of the Cape Verde side that shocked Ghana in their group opener, securing a 2-1 win to leave them within touching distance of qualifying for the knockout stages of the tournament.
Bebe joined United in 2010 in a bizarre transfer, brought to the club despite Sir Alex Ferguson having never watched him play.
The forward left United in 2014 after loan spells with Besiktas, Rio Ave and Pacos de Ferreira and has since enjoyed a respectable career in Spain, currently playing for Rayo Vallecano.
