Yes, everyone starts with an induction, which involves us assessing your ability and creating a start point so that we can work to achieve your goals and the body and lifestyle you want.

Building muscle is a specific targeted approach to training, we cater plans for health, wellness, and muscle growth, you can choose the style that suits you.

Going to the gym is important but this routine is about being comprehensive. There’s so much fitness that takes place outside the gym for a healthy lifestyle; There’s no point in having bulging muscles with unhealthy organs.

Yes, we will have specific classes that combine healthy weight loss, with intense and rigorous physical and yoga routines, So you can lose weight and be healthier. 

Our fitness classes are made for you to work out from home, without the need to invest in expensive equipment. We may encourage you to use a Yoga mat and skipping rope, once you are at that level, but to start with you only need some comfortable clothes and YouTube.

The purpose of fitness and health is to get better and improve, as well as doing a comprehensive workout regime. So you can include all parts of the health and wellness industry.

We have special classes for those over 50 so you can work on all the fundamentals and develop yourself with a purpose.

We have specifically designed the induction and introduction to understand your level. From this, we can put you in your level of classes and gradually improve your fitness. This is a lifestyle, not a race.

For a beginner or intermediate person, If you’re trying to improve your overall health and wellness, 3 to 5 workouts per week should be sufficient. Ideally, you should ensure, you are covering a variety of different classes, including HIIT classes, Yoga and Calisthenics.

Running is one of the best exercises anyone can do, but in order to improve runners must also work out other parts of their body and compliment it with Yoga and sessions. 

We have a program that you can do alongside your running to improve your overall health, as well as boot camps for those who want to start running and train for marathons. All levels are welcome.
