The Daily Express says Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino admitted being “really upset” that his side failed to keep a clean sheet, despite storming to the Carabao Cup final with a 6-1 second-leg victory over Middlesbrough. The Blues were coasting to a place at Wembley before conceding a late consolation goal.
An own goal from Jonny Howson set Chelsea on their way early on, before goals from Enzo Fernandez, Axel Disasi and Noni Madueke in addition to Cole Palmer’s brace secured the emphatic victory.
