The wives and girlfriends (WAGs) of the England team are getting nearly as much attention as their footballer partners at the Euros this year.
All eyes were on Dani Dyer (Jarrod Bowen’s partner), Ellie Alderson (Ollie Watkins partner), Megan Davison (wife of Jordan Pickford), Aine May Kennedy (Conor Gallagher’s partner), Tolami Benson (Bukayo Saka’s partner) and Annie Keating (Anthony Gordon’s partner) at England’s match against Slovenia on June 25.
The women were all looking glamorous but understated in their England jersey’s as they cheered on their partner’s.
People were especially interested in the WAGS given that Kieran Trippier’s wife Charlotte sparked a flurry of rumours just 24 hours before England played Slovenia.
The 33-year-old shared a post on her Instagram account that read: ‘Sooner or later you get over the s*** you swore you’d never get over and it’s the best feeling in the world. The sun is shining. Happy Monday angels.’ This came amid speculation that she’s split from Kieran after unfollowed him on Instagram.
Notably, she did not appear to be present at the game during which England was held to a goalless draw with Slovenia.

England’s place in the knockout stages was already guaranteed ahead of kick-off, but the tension of the match could be read clearly on the faces of the WAGs in the stands.
Dani Dyer looked particularly ill at ease, closely watching as the match unfolded.

After the game, despite the lackluster results, many of the players went into the stands to greet their wives or girlfriends.
Aine May Kennedy was photographed sweetly adjusting Conor Gallagher’s shirt, while Ollie Watkins and Ellie Alderson shared a sweet kiss.
