Emmerdale’s Danny Miller has paid a loving tribute to his wife Steph on her birthday.
The Aaron Dingle actor married Steph in a ceremony in Cheshire last year, with the star inviting many of his Emmerdale friends for the big day including Lucy Pargeter (Chas Dingle), Dominic Brunt (Paddy Kirk) and Jeff Hordley (Cain Dingle).
Danny proposed to Steph while on holiday in St Lucia back in 2021. They have two children together – Albert, who was born also in 2021 and Edith, who arrived in August of this year.
Recently, Danny decided to share a brilliant picture from his and Steph’s wedding to continue her birthday celebrations.

The couple are pictured dancing in red sparkly jackets. Danny, who recently returned to Emmerdale, wrote alongside: ‘Happy Birthday to the only person that could get me in a red, sparkly jacket.. on my wedding day. We all LOVE you ‘Me’’.
Elsewhere, Danny has opened up about how his return to the ITV soap came about.
‘Jane [Hudson, Executive Producer] and Laura [Shaw, Producer] pitched the idea to come back I was over the moon and so excited and they said: “There’s something we want to do with it which means you’ll have to keep it quiet”‘, he said.

‘This was back at the beginning of the year so this has been months of not being able to tell people and relocating and not being able to tell people.
‘Some of my closest friends and family don’t even know what I’ve been up to. It was hard to do but obviously I respected it.
‘My appreciation for the show meant that I wanted to keep the secret and I wanted to be part of something that will be a soap shocking moment.’
Aaron returned to the village last week (Picture: ITV)
Aaron was in the village last year as part of the soap’s 50th anniversary celebrations, but departed following the death of sister Liv (Isobel Steele) and the discovery of Chas and Al’s (Michael Wildman) affair.
At the start of Super Soap Week, Aaron was confirmed to be the person Cain (Jeff Hordley) and Caleb (William Ash) were holding hostage in an abandoned farmhouse.
Struggling to process his grief after Liv’s death, Aaron is a completely different character now and recently shocked fans with his harsh comments towards Paddy (Dominic Brunt), who tried to end his life in the aftermath of Chas’ huge betrayal.
Danny also revealed what’s ahead for his character now that Aaron is apparently staying in the village.

‘He’s still winding up people and looking for a fight, he’s got smart comeback lines that I’ve never usually been that character,’ he said.
‘Hopefully eventually he’ll return to some form of who he used to be. He’s got a lot of repairing to do with various different characters and that should make for an interesting arc.’
