Danny Miller has announced that his wife Steph is pregnant with their second child.
The former Emmerdale actor confirmed the happy news on Sunday.
Danny and Steph are already doting parents to little Albert, who was born in 2021, and said the family is ‘so excited’ to be growing.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Danny, 32, posted a sweet snap of Albert next to his sibling’s ultrasound and another of Steph cradling her bump.
The soon-to-be dad-of-two wrote: ‘We can’t wait for another best friend. Super excited to become a family of 4.’
Danny’s news comes after he opened up about his mental health following a particularly poignant episode of Emmerdale.

Speaking in the wake of an episode that focused solely on getting characters to talk about what was on their minds, Danny, who played Aaron Dingle, took to Twitter to discuss the importance of the theme.
He shared: ‘I just had to tweet this. I’ve just caught up with Emmerdale’s male only, mental health episode and I cried like a little boy.
‘Brought back so many emotions for me during my battle with depression. All of the boys were incredible in it. As was the directing and writing.’
Danny went on: ‘I sat in awe of the whole thing and weeped along with @dominicbrunt and all of those other brilliant actors with in that episode and that show.

‘It really hit home and made me pick up the phone and text my friends and check in. We all need to do the same.
‘To @dominicbrunt you never cease to amaze me. What a role model you have been for, not only me, but every man and boy out there. The length of this tweet says just how much it struck me, in every way it should have. Congratulations to all!’
Last year, Danny opened up about his mental health struggles, revealing that he would often experience panic attacks while filming on set.

Speaking to the Mancs on the Mic podcast at the time, which is hosted by brothers Adam, Ryan and Scott Thomas, Danny said: ‘I’m not gonna sit here and say, “I wanted to kill myself”, but I certainly thought it would be easier if I wasn’t here.’
The actor also recalled what would happen to his body when he experienced a panic attack, but as Danny didn’t know it was anxiety, he thought it was an overactive thyroid.
