Is Naomi about to destroy Vinny’s life? (Picture: ITV)
Dear, sweet, vulnerable Vinny (Bradley Johnson) is about to fall prey to wild child Naomi (Karene Peter) as the pair get close in Emmerdale and she tries to take him for all he’s worth.
The two struck up a friendship when Vinny leant her a listening ear over her struggles to get to know her granddad. Charles (Kevin Mathurin) is less than enthused by Naomi’s desire to give Victor a second chance, so she turned to Vinny for some support. Naomi desperately wants a relationship with the man who’s been cast out of her family for previous crimes, but she too is naïve and is set to be dragged down by her criminal grandparent.
But as is often the way with parents, Charles knows what he’s talking about and not listening to him sets Naomi on a dark and destructive path. With her finances at rock bottom, Victor suggests something that will solve her money woes while making Vinny the scapegoat.
