Suni Sharma (Brahmdeo Shannon Ramana) has been rushed to hospital after finding himself involved in a homophobic attack.
Suni decided to head into town in Thursday’s (November 30) episode of the ITV soap with friends Gabby (Rosie Bentham) and Ethan (Emile John).
The newcomer needed a distraction after his and Nicky’s (Lewis Cope) relationship fell apart.
Their relationship came to an end because Nicky knows Amit (Anil Goutam) left Rishi (Bhasker Patel) to die after he fell down the stairs.

In a rash move prompted by anxiety, Suni dumped Nicky – but immediately regretted it.
Suni, Gabby and Ethan were looking forward to their night out and arrived at a club. While Gabby and Ethan ordered drinks, Suni was taking selfies with a lot of people, clearly hoping it would make Nicky jealous.

Nicky then arrived to speak with Suni and soon enough, they apologised for how they had treated each other and got back together.

Watching the interaction was a man called Mike. For some reason, he was horrified to see Suni and Nicky kissing and decided to confront them.
Outside, Suni was attacked and Nicky was held back by Mike’s gang. As Suni sustained multiple injuries and was eventually knocked unconscious, poor Nicky was unable to intervene.

Once Gabby and Ethan arrived, the emergency services were called. As Suni was taken into an ambulance, Nicky followed, but will he be okay?
And will Mike and his gang face the consequences for this horrific event?
