The truth will be revealed (Picture: ITV)
Emmerdale’s super soap week was one thing, but just wait for the week that someone serves rapist Craig (Ben Addis) what they perceive to be justice.
Lydia (Karen Blick) is rocked by some shocking news – Craig is found dead on the Home Farm estate by Billy (Jay Kontzle). While this could answer her fears of him getting off scot-free, she’s immediately terrorised by the realisation that he died at the hands of one of her family.
In incredible upcoming episodes, Emmerdale breaks its own boundaries as the Dingles hold a lock-in at the Woolpack while Lydia determines to find out which of them murdered Craig.
She learns that Sam (James Hooton) and Cain (Jeff Hordley) held Craig captive in a barn, making the two of them several shades of guilty, and through a series of flashbacks it’s revealed what they got up to during Craig’s final hours. Did they kill him?

While entirely possible, it seems a bit easy.
Lydia questions a seemingly innocent Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) over what she was up to while Craig lay dying. Belle recounts her day, which reveals another shock to the family – Tom (James Chase) proposed after a romantic meal. But she’s not telling the whole truth. Did she have a hand in Craig’s death? Could she be covering for Tom?

Aaron (Danny Miller) is another one who’s caught Lydia’s eye. While he’s currently hating the world and seemingly his family with it, he has no beef with Lydia. Once learning about her attack, could he have channelled all his anger towards his mum and Cain into ridding the world of a rapist?
Caleb’s got his own secrets – but do they feature Craig? (Picture: ITV)
Caleb (Will Ash) and Nate (Jurell Carter) are next on the list, and their flashbacks reveal to the viewer that neither of them is telling the full truth of what happened that day. What are they hiding?

Mandy (Lisa Riley) and Marlon (Mark Charnock) also don’t escape the interrogation, and for good reason – they’re both looking as guilty as sin. Mandy is hiding an emotional secret while Marlon omits some important information. What are they both not telling?
When all is done and dusted, whether true or not, they all have alibis. But things circle back to Sam – the guilt gets him, and he reveals he’s not been honest about his version of events. Is he the Emmerdale Equalizer?
