Sam Dingle (James Hooton) has found himself in a terrifying situation in Emmerdale, as he faces prison after the death of Craig Reed (Ben Addis).
Craig was found dead after it emerged that he had raped Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick), and scenes aired last week (October 30 – November 3) saw Lydia trying to get to the bottom of what had happened.
Through a series of flashbacks, viewers got an insight into where each of the Dingles had been in the moments leading up to Craig’s death, before it was eventually revealed that Craig had been trampled to death by Kim Tate’s (Claire King) horse, Ice.
However, Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) knew exactly what had happened, but refused to divulge any information to the group, leaving poor Sam believing that he had beaten Craig to death.
Despite the fact that the Dingles rallied round to help Sam cover his tracks, Lydia fails to provide him with an alibi, and a new spoiler video shows Sam in a police interview room being questioned by detectives.

With Sam’s hand bruised from the beating he had given Craig in the hours before his death, detectives in the spoiler clip want to know exactly how he came to hurt himself.
They pick up on his unreliable witness statement, revealing that after saying it was an accident at first he has now backtracked and admitted to punching Craig.
Sam insists that Craig was alive when he left him, to which the DS Wise points out that that makes him the last person to have seen him before his death.

With Sam waiting impatiently to find out what is going to happen next, will he be charged for Craig’s murder?
With no alibi, the Dingles worry about Sam’s future, while Cain sets off on a mission to find Lydia.
