A severe allergic reaction to a nut has led to yet another bonkers Emmerdale pairing as Jacob (Joe-Warren Plant) and Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) get it on after the pull between them becomes too strong to ignore.
Victoria is firmly on Leyla’s (Roxy Shahidi) hit list and she doesn’t yet even know about Vic and Jacob. nearly killed Leyla’s son Jacob (Joe-Warren Plant) when she promised him there weren’t any nuts in her food when clearly there was.
He almost died from anaphylaxis, but thankfully lots of quick thinking saved his bacon. But Leyla is not one to let go of a grudge.
Weirdly, the near-death experience at the hands of Victoria stirred something in Jacob. The whole incident is what ignited the sparks between Jacob and Victoria. Meanwhile, David has deluded himself that there’s still something between them and is trying to win her back himself.

David is trying to take his mind off Vic with some online dating, but he has got himself into a second date he doesn’t want. Being the coward he is, he passes the buck to Jacob to ditch her, but being a better man than his dad he pauses to have a drink with her to let her down gently.
Victoria’s jealousy is piqued.
After Abby leaves, Victoria can’t contain her green-eyed-monster and makes her move – getting Jacob alone for a nice, long snog. All of a sudden, she comes to her senses and runs off, but this is not the end. It’s very much just the beginning.
But first, there’s a horny David (Matthew Wolfenden) to deal with, who’s ready to convince Victoria he is the one for her. Pollard tries to get him to move on but nope, this man has no shame. He heads off to win Vic back, but little does he know he’s walking in on Jacob and Vic post-coital.

Hapless David has absolutely no idea what’s gone on and the pair are glad when they get him to leave. Though he might not realise he’s walked in on them the morning after a night of passion, it seems that David is finally starting to get the message. Is he though?

Vic and Jacob think they now have the green light to go ahead as David has backed off, even if their relationship is in secret, but there is someone else they haven’t bargained on – Leyla.
She knows Jacob has a secret girlfriend, and she’s determined to find out who it is. Already baying for Vic’s blood, Vic’s in for a world of pain when Leyla finds out.
