Ethan Anderson (Emile John) has been arrested for assault in the aftermath of a homophobic attack in Emmerdale.
Ethan, Gabby (Rosie Bentham) and Suni (Brahmdeo Shannon Ramana) headed to a club in Thursday’s (November 30) episode of the ITV soap.
While Ethan and Gabby ordered drinks, Suni was focused on taking selfies and updating his social media, hoping it would make Nicky (Lewis Cope) jealous after their relationship ended.
It wasn’t long until Nicky arrived at the club wanting to talk to Suni. The couple have been struggling recently after Amit (Anil Goutam) revealed his involvement in Rishi’s (Bhasker Patel) final moments.

Because Suni was worried about other people finding out Amit left Rishi to die, he dumped Nicky, but regretted it immediately after.
As a result, it didn’t take long for Suni and Nicky to reunite. They kissed, but the interaction was spotted by a man called Mike and his mate, who expressed their hatred towards two men being in a relationship.

Outside, Suni was attacked by the gang.
Nicky tried to go and help but ended up being restrained by two other men, leaving him to watch Suni sustain multiple injuries.
When Ethan and Gabby arrived, an ambulance was called.

As Nicky sat with Suni in the ambulance, a police officer approached Ethan and Gabby.
Of course, the two friends did their best to tell the officer Mike was responsible, but the evil man made a comment about Ethan disposing of a knife, which changed the focus.

Wound up over the false allegation, Ethan tried to grab Mike, which was enough to have him arrested for assault.
Given his role as a solicitor, can Ethan prove he’s innocent?
