Emma Willis shared an adorable tribute to her popstar husband Matt in celebration of his birthday amid news about his battle with addition.
The broadcaster, 47, posted a cosy image of the couple to her Instagram account and penned a lengthy caption expressing her admiration for her 40-year-old spouse.
Gazing into each other eyes, the snap showed the famous pair wrapped in eachother’s arms as they both grinned at one another.
She wrote alongside the sweet picture: ‘Yesterday we were blessed with the sunshine and being surrounded by (almost) everyone we love. A day early celebration for @mattjwillis turning 40.
‘I love you babe, you blow me away every single day with your spirit, strength and determination. Here’s to living every day to the max together, always… [sic].’
Underneath the post friends and fans wished the Busted star a happy birthday and sent their well-wishes.

One wrote: ‘Love you guys! Happiest bday to the big man @mattjwillis welcome to the club [sic].’
Keith Lemon said a simple: ‘Happy birthday,’ while British Bake Off winner Candice Brown commented: ‘Just pure love so gorgeous to see you xx [sic].’
A fan typed: ‘Happy Birthday Matt, welcome to 40 glad you all had a fab time xx [sic].’
The pose came after Matt’s documentary on addiction aired on the BBC and revealed the musician’s struggles with substance abuse, along with the strain it put on his relationships.
Matt checked into rehab four times in the last two decades and last relapsed in 2016 during his band Busted’s reunion tour.

At that time admitted he was addicted to the class A drug cocaine while his youngest child, Trixie was 10 months old.
The star said in the new documentary: ‘After one of our shows, someone offered me a line of coke, and I was like, ‘Oh, cocaine wasn’t a problem for me, alcohol was my downfall.
‘Within a month I was doing six grams on my own every f**king day and not coming home until three in the morning pretending I was working on an album, which I wasn’t really writing, I was making s**t music in the studio doing coke.’
Matt also opened up to The Guardian about how his struggles affected Emma and said: ‘I was the mastermind at gaslighting, making her think she was crazy.

‘I’m so ashamed of that, and I never want her to feel like that again.’
Emma and Matt were married on July 5 in 2008 and share three children together – Isabelle, 13, Ace, 10, and six-year-old Trixie-Grace.
