Sir Elton John cancels tour shows as he tests positive for Covid: ‘Always a massive disappointment’
The Metro says Sir Elton John has been forced to cancel tour shows this week after testing positive for Covid.
The Candle In The Wind singer was due to continue his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour on Tuesday and Wednesday, but these have now been postponed.
In a statement released on Monday, the singer said: ‘Hi everyone, wanted to send a message to let you know that I have contracted Covid and so have had to reschedule my shows in Dallas.
