Elon Musk’s child files request to change name in bid to sever ties with Tesla chief
Daily Mirror says ELON MUSK’S transgender daughter has filed a request with the Los Angeles County Superior Court to change her name to reflect her new gender identity – according to PlainSite.org ‘s online documents.
The petition – signed April 18 – sees the 18-year old express a desire to legally become Vivan Jenna Wilson – adopting her mother’s surname. The teenager was previously known as Xavier Alexander Musk.
Born in 2004 along with twin Griffin, she stated ‘I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form.’
Musk shares seven children with his first wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson. The pair were married between 2000 and 2008.
