Rocky Cotton (Brian Conley) has been living with a big secret in EastEnders, which he finally confessed to Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy) in recent scenes.
Rocky has been engaged to Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) for a while now, and she recently decided that it is time to start taking things seriously.
After learning that Kathy had invited the Vicar over for dinner in order to talk about setting a date, Rocky was left squirming.
It was clear he was hiding something, and we didn’t have to wait long for him to reveal all.
It turned out that the former con-man may not have left his life of deceit too far behind him, as he revealed to Sonia that he was already married, and Kathy knew nothing about it.

He explained that he had married Jo (Vicki Michelle) 25 years ago, and it had only lasted a few months.
However, the pair had never got divorced, meaning that they were technically still married.
Sonia was devastated to learn this secret and demanded that Rocky tell Kathy before the end of the day, or she would do it for him.

A new spoiler video released on EastEnders’ Twitter page shows Rocky downing a swift drink in the Queen Vic, as he prepares himself to reveal all.
Will he get as far as telling her the truth, or will he bottle it?
We know that Jo Cotton is set to rock up on the Square in upcoming scenes, but will she get to Kathy before Rocky can explain?
And will Kathy and Rocky’s relationship survive his massive secret?
‘I hope so’, actor Brian Conley revealed.
‘Rocky is so in love with Kathy, and will do anything for her. I think over the last year, Kathy has realised how much he loves her, and I just hope that prevails.’
