Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) gets some news from Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer) in EastEnders soon ahead of the iconic character’s return.
The festive period was a challenging one for Whitney and Zack (James Farrar) as they looked after their first foster child Ashton.
The young boy had emotional complexities and initially struggled to connect with Whitney and Zack, but ended up settling in well.
Unfortunately, just as Ashton got comfortable in Whitney and Zack’s home, they were given the news he was being moved to another foster family. It was an upsetting time and made the couple wonder if they’d cope with saying goodbye to a child after months or years.

To add to the emotions, Whitney then found out she’s pregnant.
Coming up, the beloved character tells Zack that she needs to go to Milton Keynes for a while to look after Bianca, who’s split up with partner Terry.

Zack then puts forward the idea of getting Penny (Kitty Castledine) to run Whit’s stall while they’re away.
As Whitney and Zack travel to Milton Keynes, it won’t be long until we see Bianca on our screens again.
