Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) is set to spark worry among her family members in upcoming EastEnders episodes as she they suspect that she may be ill.
Upcoming scenes will see the matriarch share an awkward encounter with ex Eve Unwin (Heather Peace), who she ended things with several weeks ago.
Their breakup came after sonny Vinny Panesar (Shiv Jalota) discovered their affair and insisted that she end things before he told dad Nish (Navin Chowdry) everything.
Terrified of what her killer husband may do to Eve if he found out about their adultery, she called things off in order to protect them both, leaving Eve completely heartbroken.

Having come face to face in the Minute Mart, Eve prepares to leave, but is stopped in her tracks when Suki almost faints.
Later, Nish and Vinny express their concerns over Suki’s dizzy spells, but she pushes them aside and assures her family that she is fine to work.

It soon becomes clear that the events of the previous day have been playing on Eve’s mind, as she returns to the Minute Mart in a bid to convince Suki that she should see a doctor.
She urges Suki to get help, but will she listen?

When Vinny later tries to get Suki to open up about her feelings she shuts him down once more, demanding that he show her some respect by keeping out of her personal life.
Eventually, however, she softens, and begins to open up about her low mood.
