Ian has a business proposition for Nish (Picture: BBC/Jack Barnes/Kieron McCarron)
EastEnders legend Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) has always been business savvy, so naturally his first thought to help Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) win back her daughters is to find her a business to invest in.
Cindy is set to try and make amends after walking out on daughters Gina and Anna (Francesca Henry and Molly Rainford) nine years ago, though upset Gina won’t have it.
Instead, she humiliates Cindy in front of everyone in the Queen Vic, leaving Cindy hurt.
After the run-in, Ian tries his best to reassure her that she can win Gina back round, and promises to get her a new business to woo her and Anna with.

Later, Ian comes up with a master plan and, realising that he needs an investor to help get it in motion, he invites Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) for a business lunch.
Viewers will know that Nish’s business practices haven’t always been above board, so Ian may be taking a big risk in asking him to invest.
Not to mention the fact that he has previously served a long sentence for murder.

Unfortunately – or fortunately, depending on how you look at it – the business lunch doesn’t quite go to plan for Ian, and the deal is soon well and truly off the table.
With Cindy still determined to win back her girls, she heads over to see Nish later in a bid to persuade him to reconsider…
The next day, Ian still isn’t prepared to park his business idea, and invites Nish for a tasting session at the café.
