Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) puts his foot in it again in upcoming EastEnders episodes as he makes a joke that upsets Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean).
As far as Keanu is concerned, he certainly won’t be winning an award for his parenting skills anytime soon.
Shortly after young Albie went missing, Keanu told Sharon that he had turned his back on their son for a second in the park and found that he had disappeared by the time he got back.
This was a lie, and was actually the result of Keanu’s plan to take Albie out of the country going wrong.

After forcing Sharon to go through every mother’s worst nightmare, Keanu reunited with her when Albie as returned home.
Despite saying the kidnapping made him realise how much he loves Sharon, Keanu makes a hapless error next week when he makes a mis-judged joke about the cafe fire.
It ends up falling terribly flat with Sharon, who is dealing with some stirred up memories in the aftermath.

Also struggling to process recent events, a paranoid Sharon agrees to let Keanu collect Albie from pre-school and when they return, Sharon asks Keanu to propose again so she can accept.
Back on Cloud 9, Sharon and Keanu tell Mitch (Roger Griffiths) and Bernie (Clair Norris) about their engagement as they prepare to celebrate in the pub.
