Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) recently gave in to temptation with Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) in EastEnders after several charged moments before Christmas.
It wasn’t long before Denise Fox (Diane Parish) discovered their infidelity, causing friction between the friends and fireworks in her marriage.
Following the tragic events of Christmas Day which saw both Denise and Stacey witness Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) kill Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters), Jack and Stacey may be set to get close again.
With Stacey, Denise and the rest of The Six seriously feeling the pressure of holding things together and acting normal so as to not get caught out, it is getting harder for them to not make mistakes.
Unfortunately, Denise’s actions may be set to put all of them in danger, when she shocks Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) by paying Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) a visit.

Wanting to retain as much normality as possible, Denise goes on to organise a marriage counselling appointment with Jack, but he is left rattled when she appears not be listening, unaware that the events of Christmas Day are weighing heavy on her.
Meanwhile, Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) calls an emergency meeting in the Queen Vic barrel store with the other members of The Six to discuss Denise’s antics.
The other four women are left completely horrified when Suki discloses the news of Denise’s visit to Nish, and soon Stacey has formed a plan.

When Jack heads out for air after a particularly heated discussion with Denise, Stacey takes the opportunity to feign interest in his problems, desperate to glean some information on Denise.
However, the pair end up sharing yet another charged moment, and it becomes clear that they still have feelings.
Could this be the beginning of another affair for Stacey and Jack?
