    Cliff Notes

    • Deirdre O’Donnell passed away on 22nd February 2025 at King’s Hospital in London.
    • She was originally from Lower Sallaghraine, Letterkenny, and resided in Woking, Surrey.
    • O’Donnell is predeceased by her parents Joe and May O’Donnell, as well as her sisters Mary and Eileen.
    • She is survived by her children Donnell and Emmeline Stanley, their father Neil Stanley, and her siblings Margaret, John, Pat, and Teresa, along with extended family and friends.
    • Public viewing will be held on 7th March 2025, and a Requiem Mass is scheduled for 8th March 2025, followed by her burial in Conwal Cemetery.

    The death has occurred 22nd February 2025 at King’s Hospital, London of Deirdre O’Donnell, Woking, Surrey and formerly Lower Sallaghraine, Letterkenny.

    Predeceased by her parents Joe and May O’Donnell, and sisters Mary and Eileen.

    Lovingly missed by her children Donnell and Emmeline Stanley and their father Neil Stanley, brothers and sisters, Margaret, John, Pat and Teresa, sisters- in-law, brothers in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and wide circle of friends.

    Rest in Peace.

    Reposing at the Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top, Letterkenny (F92 XE35) from 3pm to 5.30pm on Friday 7th March 2025, where you are most welcome to pay your respects, concluding with removal to St.Eunan’s Cathedral , Letterkenny for Reception Prayers at 6pm.

    Reposing overnight for 11am Requiem Mass on Saturday 8th March, which can be viewed live on the link www.churchservices.tv/letterkenny followed by funeral and burial in Conwal Cemetery.

    Flowers welcome, donations in lieu if wished to King’s Hospital, Denmark Hill, London (SE5 9RS) c/o Paschal Blake, Funeral Director, Stoney Arch, New Line Road, Letterkenny.
