Davina McCall has shared the impact that the menopause and the end of a relationship had on her weight, saying that she is now making sure to eat the “right things”.
The presenter, 54, spoke about fitness in an interview for the new issue of woman&home, in which she discussed her experience being of varying weight in recent years.
The former Big Brother host split from her husband Matthew Robertson – with whom she shares her three children – in 2017, after having been married for 17 years.
Their separation came at a time when she was experiencing debilitating symptoms of the menopause, which left her feeling exhausted and out of touch with her own body.
