Daniel Craig doesn’t want to emancipate himself from James Bond

New look, new roles: After saying goodbye to James Bond, Daniel Craig is enjoying professional diversity. He emphasizes that this should not be understood as a personal reinvention or even a departure from 007.

British actor and former James Bond actor Daniel Craig has no desire to leave his image as 007 behind. The British media’s claim that he has reinvented himself after leaving the role of the secret agent because of his changed appearance and new films is wrong.

“I wouldn’t know how to do that,” Craig told the dpa news agency in London. “I just improvise, do everything step by step, and my life is a kind of voyage of discovery.”
