Dancing On Ice star Libby Clegg has revealed that she’s split from her fiancé.
The Paralympic athlete announced the news in a post shared on Instagram, in which she detailed how hard 2023 was for her as a ‘single mum’.
The 33-year-old uploaded an adorable picture of her with her son Edward, as she gave an update to her followers.
‘Many of you may not know this but 2023 has been one of the hardest years of my life,’ she wrote in the caption.
‘There’s been a lot more downs than ups and at times I’ve really felt like giving up. This little boy has brought me so much joy and happiness and made me smile even when I didn’t think it was possible.
‘Being a single Mum is toughest thing I’ve ever had to overcome.’

Libby concluded her message with hope for the year ahead, writing: ‘Looking forward to 2024, I’m excited for what my future will bring with a fresh start.’
The athlete competed on Dancing On Ice in 2020, becoming the first blind contestant of the ITV series and finishing in third place.
Libby had been in a relationship with fellow Paralympic athlete Dan Powell since 2017, who became the first blind contestant to take part in Ninja Warrior the following year.
Following their engagement, they announced the birth of their son in 2019.

‘The past few days would’ve been incredibly hard if it wasn’t for Dans incredible support. Words can’t describe how much I appreciate him. My world is complete.’
Dancing On Ice returns on Sunday at 6.20pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
