The Daily Express leads with warnings of worse to come in the cost of living crisis. THE BANK OF ENGLAND Governor Andrew Bailey issued an “apocalyptic” warning on future prices today with fears rampant inflation will worsen in the months ahead.

The banker told MPs on the House of Commons Treasury committee the war in Ukraine was a factor which would likely prompt a sharp rise in prices paid by consumers in Britain and around the rest of the world.
