Ex-prime minister David Cameron was heckled after testifying at the COVID inquiry, Boris Johnson was found to have lied to parliament about partygate in a report, a finding which a majority of MPs backed in a Commons vote, while Rishi Sunak didn’t show up to the debate.

The paper says grieving relatives of people who died during the pandemic shouted “shame on you” as Mr Cameron left the inquiry on Monday.
