Daily Express – Judge slams his own court over secret Rwanda ruling
The Daily Express has a European judge criticising the lack of transparency at the European Court of Human Rights.
The paper reports that a judge from the European Court of Human Rights has said he was taken aback to discover the colleague behind the decision to halt a plane taking asylum seekers from the UK to Rwanda had not been identified. Judge Latif Huseynov said it was a “public decision, so the name of the judge should be published”.
