Anyone who lays a finger on King Roy Cropper (David Neilson) is treading a thin line with us, so Terry the dog abusing thug had better watch his back.
Not only is he taking Evelyn Plummer (Maureen Lipman) hostage, but he also targets our favourite café owner in upcoming scenes.
The drama started when Evelyn rescued a tormented pooch from his nasty clutches after realising how he treated it.
But that’s not the end of the issue for him, as he follows her to the Street, intent on both stealing the dog, now named Taylor, back – while also getting revenge.
He tracks her down to the shop and shuts the door while she is inside, bolting it and menacingly demanding the whereabouts of his dog.
Advancing on her, it’s clear that he prepared to go far to get answers, leading to a terrifying experience.

After the ordeal ends, Tyrone’s (Alan Halsall) hopes that they’ve seen the last of Terry are dashed when he calls at the garage and orders him to return the dog by 6.00pm otherwise he’ll regret it.
Tyrone’s rattled knowing Roy took the dog to the rescue centre. Evelyn realises they’ve no choice but to collect the dog from the rescue centre and return her to Terry.
