Chloe Bailey’s sex scene in the Amazon Prime drama Swarm has gone viral on social media with fans branding the X-rated clip ‘too real.’
Childish Gambino star Donald Glover is behind the new Amazon Prime Series, along with global megastar Billie Eilish, which looks set to give its audiences a fright when it lands on the streamer on Friday.
The drama follows Dre (Dominique Fishback), an obsessed fan of the world’s biggest pop star who sets off on an unexpected cross-country journey, according to the synopsis.
The sex scene between the Have Mercy hitmaker, 24 and Snowfall actor Damson Idris, 31, appears in the show’s first episode, within the first few minutes of the show.
In it, Fishback’s Dre watches her sister Marissa and her boyfriend having sex from the open door, and when Khalid notices she is watching he smiles and nods at her without stopping.
Three days after the show’s premiere, the clip continues to make rounds on social media, with one tweet sharing being bookmarked a concerning number of times, over 70,000 to be exact.

While some branded the scene as ‘completely unnecessary’ others believe the backlash is exaggerated.
Addressing her recent collaboration with Chris Brown, one person seethed: ‘Where is a Chloe Bailey’s mentor pls??? She’s been making terrible decisions lately, she should have never done that sex scene in Swarm and I’m not even gonna go into her most recent collab.’
‘Finally watched episode 01 of Swarm and the way these think pieces are going in on Chloe Bailey about that sex scene is…. I screamed. It lasts like 30 seconds??? And there’s no hate towards Damson of course,’ another added.
‘Bro I just saw the video on my TL…I’m in awe at how explicit it looks,’ a third person tweeted.
Chloe – who is the older sister to Little Mermaid star Halle Bailey – recently praised her co-star Damson for guiding her through the tough scene.
‘As open and liberal as I am about my body, I was very scared because I haven’t had that many partners,’ she told Deadline.

‘I’m not like that—like that sexual and open. Damson made it really comfortable; you know, there were limited people on set. It was a closed set.
‘We literally had a bouncy ball in between us, and you know, we were making a joke out of it, so it took all of the nervousness away from that. I have to give a lot of kudos to him as a man for making me, as a woman, feel comfortable literally being raw and naked.’
