Sunday Telegraph – Children only jabbed if they are vulnerable
The Sunday Telegraph says that ministers have been advised by the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation against rolling out the vaccine to all children. Instead, jabs will only be offered to vulnerable 12 to 15-year-olds and those aged 17 who are within three months of their 18th birthday, the paper adds.
The Telegraph notes that the approach is different to that adopted by the US, Israel and France, where those over the age of 12 are being routinely vaccinated.
