Brazil’s federal police have formally charged 16 individuals linked to Voepass airline regarding the 2024 plane crash near Sao Paulo that claimed 62 lives. Accusations include negligence and safety breaches, with additional allegations of failing to record technical issues. Prosecutors will decide on potential charges later.
