Finnish police have said that the 12-year-old suspected of fatally shooting a boy at his school and causing serious injuries to two girls was driven by experiences of bullying.

Former president of the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), Luis Rubiales, was arrested on Wednesday as part of a corruption probe. He was released soon after being detained on arrival in Madrid from the Dominican Republic. 

A shooting at a school in Finland has killed one child and seriously injured two others. All three victims of the shooting are 12 years old, and the suspected shooter is also 12. He initially fled the scene but was later apprehended.
